At Huda Milli Educational & Welfare Trust, we ensure a secure and seamless donation experience for our donors and supporters. This policy outlines the accepted payment methods, applicable charges, and terms of transactions.

1. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods for donations:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay, Maestro, American Express)
  • UPI Payments (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, etc.)
  • Net Banking (All major Indian banks)
  • Wallets & Payment Apps
  • QR Code Payments
  • Bank Transfers (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS) – Details provided on request

2. Transaction Charges & Fees

  • We do not charge any additional fees for donations made through UPI, net banking, or direct bank transfers.
  • Payment gateways may charge standard transaction processing fees for credit/debit cards and wallets, which are deducted before funds reach us.
  • Any foreign currency donations may be subject to conversion charges by your bank/payment provider.

3. Minimum & Maximum Donation Limits

  • There is no minimum donation amount; you may contribute as per your capacity.
  • For high-value donations, we recommend using bank transfers for a smoother transaction process.

4. Payment Confirmation

  • Once a payment is successfully processed, a confirmation email/SMS will be sent to the donor.
  • If you do not receive confirmation, please contact us immediately.

5. Failed or Incomplete Transactions

  • If your payment fails or remains incomplete, please check with your bank or payment provider before retrying.
  • If the amount has been debited but not reflected on our system, contact us with your transaction details for assistance.
