1. Donations & Cancellation Policy

  • All donations made to Huda Milli Educational & Welfare Trust are final and non-refundable.
  • Donations are voluntary contributions made to support our educational and welfare initiatives.
  • We do not allow cancellation of donations once the payment has been processed successfully.
  • In cases of recurring donations (monthly or yearly), donors may request to cancel future payments by contacting us at hudamillischool5@gmail.com at least 7 days before the next billing cycle.

2. Refund Policy

We understand that mistakes or technical errors may occur during transactions. Refunds will only be considered under the following conditions:

2.1 Accidental Donations

  • If a donor has accidentally donated an incorrect amount or made duplicate donations, they may request a refund within 7 days of the transaction.
  • The donor must provide proof of the transaction, including the transaction ID, amount, date, and payment method.

2.2 Technical Errors & Failed Transactions

  • If a donor’s account has been debited but the donation was not successfully processed, a refund request must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction.
  • Refunds for failed transactions will be automatically processed within 7-10 working days, depending on the donor’s bank/payment gateway.

2.3 Unauthorized Transactions & Fraudulent Claims

  • If a donor suspects an unauthorized transaction on their account, they must report it within 7 days of the transaction date.
  • The claim will be reviewed, and if verified, a refund may be issued.
  • We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if the transaction is found to be legitimate and authorized by the donor.

3. Chargebacks & Dispute Resolution

  • If a donor initiates a chargeback request through their bank or payment provider, we will provide necessary transaction details to dispute the claim.
  • If a chargeback is deemed invalid, the donation amount will not be refunded.
  • Donors are encouraged to contact us directly before raising a dispute to resolve any concerns.

4. Refund Processing Time

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days.
  • The amount will be credited back to the original payment method used during the donation.
  • Processing time may vary based on the bank, payment gateway, or financial institution.
